Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

If there is the possibility of entering personal or business data on this website, the input of this data takes place voluntarily.

Scope

This privacy policy declaration informs users about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider (Haus Helga, Sinsen 328, 6555 Kappl, info@haushelga.at) on this website https://www.haushelga.at.

Personal data handling

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or phone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone count as personal data. Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is legally permitted or if the users consent to the data collection.

Log files

The provider (or his web space provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting one Provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to retrospectively check the log data if, based on specific indications, there is a legitimate suspicion of illegal use.

Integration of services and content from third parties

It can happen that third party content, such as videos, maps or graphics from other websites, is integrated into this website. This always assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) can use the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, you could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no control over whether the third-party provider uses the IP address, e.g. save for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it.

Data protection declaration for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking on the following link (http: // tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en) download and install the available browser plug-in.

You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html or at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en. We would like to point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been expanded to include the code “gat._anonymizeIp ();” in order to ensure the anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Data protection declaration for the use of Google reCAPTCHA

Our primary goal is to secure and protect our website for you and for us in the best possible way. To ensure this, we use Google reCAPTCHA from Google Inc. For the European area, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services. With reCAPTCHA we can determine whether you are really a flesh and blood human and not a robot or other spam software. We understand spam as any unsolicited information that comes to us electronically. With the classic CAPTCHAS, you mostly had to solve text or picture puzzles to check. With reCAPTCHA from Google, we usually don’t have to bother you with such puzzles. In most cases, it is sufficient to simply tick the box and confirm that you are not a bot. With the new Invisible reCAPTCHA version you don’t even have to check the box anymore.

How long and where is the data stored?

By inserting reCAPTCHA, your data will be transferred to the Google server. Where exactly this data is stored, Google does not clearly state, even after repeated inquiries. Without having received a confirmation from Google, it can be assumed that data such as mouse interaction, time spent on the website or language settings on the European or American Google Servers. The IP address that your browser transmits to Google is generally not merged with other Google data from other Google services. However, if you are logged into your Google account while using the reCAPTCHA plug-in, the data will be merged. The differing data protection regulations of Google apply for this.

How can I delete my data or prevent data storage?

If you do not want any data about you or your behavior to be transmitted to Google, you must completely log out of Google and delete all Google cookies before you visit our website or use the reCAPTCHA software. In principle, the data is automatically transmitted to Google as soon as you visit our website. To delete this data again, you must contact Google support at https://support.google.com/?hl=de&tid=231592906470.

So if you use our website, you agree that Google LLC and its representatives automatically collect, process and use data.

You can learn a little more about reCAPTCHA on Google’s web developer page at https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/. Google goes into the technical development of the reCAPTCHA in more detail here, but you will look in vain for precise information about data storage and data protection issues. A good overview of the basic use of data by Google can be found in the in-house data protection declaration at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.

Contact

If you contact us via the request form or email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and make it possible to save specific, device-related information on the user’s access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data for our internal area). On the other hand, they serve to record statistical data on website usage and to analyze them in order to improve the offer. The users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, it should be noted that the use and in particular the ease of use are restricted without cookies.

You can manage many online advertising cookies from companies via the US website aboutads.info or the EU website youronlinechoices.com.

Other processing of your data

In principle, we only process the data that is absolutely necessary for the conclusion or fulfillment of the contract. If you have given us your consent, we will process your data so that we can send you information about our services until you withdraw your consent. We use the following communication channels, provided you have given us these: Telephone, email, SMS, post or social media channels.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.

Erase of Data

Your master data and other personal data will be deleted if they are no longer required for the fulfillment of the purpose for which they were stored – usually after 7 (seven) years – or if the storage becomes inadmissible for legal reasons.

Instead of deletion, the data can also be anonymized, which means that any personal reference is irretrievably removed.

Confirmation of identity

To protect your rights and your privacy, we are entitled to request proof of identity in case of doubt.

Claiming rights excessively

If you claim one of the above rights that is obviously unfounded or particularly frequent, we are entitled to charge an appropriate processing fee or to refuse to process the application.

Duty to participate

As part of our duty to cooperate, we are obliged to provide data on request in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Validity period

This data protection declaration is valid from June 23rd, 2020 and replaces the existing data protection regulations.
